This page is the working inventory for illustrating the Cooling Patrol documentation. It can identify the device while interface captures are pending. ## Capture criteria * Use a demo building and demo sensors; remove customer names, addresses, serial numbers, email addresses, and personal data. * Capture the normal state and, where possible, controlled examples of **Out of range**, **No data**, and **Offline** without changing a real installation. * Keep the visible time zone, °C units, and exact control labels. * Provide WebP or PNG images with the same crop and resolution for Spanish and English. * Store the app version, user role, date, and publication permission with each image. ## Technical confirmations before publication | Detail | Why it needs confirmation | | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Default values and maximum/minimum ranges for threshold, hysteresis, cooldown, and breach duration | The app shows the fields, but valid ranges and initial values may depend on version and stored product. | | Notification channels, recipients, repetition, and escalation | The observed interface configures the alert, but it does not document here how notifications are sent or who receives them. | | Reading cadence, timeout before **No data**, and reconnection behavior | This determines when a reading is no longer usable and what must be measured manually. | | Hub startup time and the 30–60 minute wait after onboarding | These operational times appear in the installation guide and must be validated for the deployed hardware and firmware. | | Sensor/battery type, capacity, life, polarity, replacement, and protection rating | These are not defined in this documentation and must not be inferred from other Voltic sensors. | | Placement point, tolerance, interval, and calibration method; offset support | These metrology and installation requirements must come from the model manual and site procedure. | | Definition of **Critical** versus **Warning** | The app shows both labels, but the operational criterion must match the HACCP plan. | | Retention period, signature/lock, accepted format, backups, and reviewing authority | The app offers states and exports, but official-record validity depends on jurisdiction and the applicable procedure. | | Permission matrix for managing alerts, resolving, and reviewing incidents | Visible controls change by role; validate who can perform each action. | ### Values observed in the interface (do not publish yet) The current app validation shows the following limits and initial values.
